Sundays are a big one for us. Starting at 9am with breakfast and then moving into Sangria Sundays from 12pm. $20 jugs all day long... 4 colourful flavours too. There's the red vine version (obvs) but there's also sparkling, white and rosé. Get on this. Every Sunday.


Just when you thought Thursdays weren't the best day of the week, we made them the best day of the week. $10 Nachos. Every Thursday from 6pm. There are 4 flavours to choose from..:
- pork & sobrasada
- beef brisket
- portuguese chicken
- mexican 4 bean (vego)
Also, on Thursday nights jugs of beer and cider are $10. Thanks.


MUSSELIN'! MUSSELIN'! MUSSELIN'! EVERY TUESDAY I'M MUSSELIN'! Every Tuesday from 6pm you can come grab a bowl of mussels, with garlic bread, for $15. That's just the best. There are two flavours to choose from..:
- chorizo, tomato and romesco
- leek, cream, jamon and cider


The Carrington always tries to prove scientific facts... Like if you eat our Schnitzels and come to our trivia night you'll get smarter... Maybe. Anyway, it's worth a try. Every Monday night we're serving Schnitzels for $10. You can pick your topping - Nap / Gravy / Parmageddon / Meat Ball / Vego - and they're all served with fries and slaw. Schnitty's start at 6pm, trivia starts at 7:30pm. Yep.

Melbourne Cup

Hello! The Carrington would like to offer you our corporate package for the 2013 Melbourne Cup.
 This gives you the opportunity to book the space you need and get the best seats in the house!

Running with the Pigs

On Wednesday the 31st of July we're going the whole hog for a special one off dinner. Running with the Pigs! 5 epic courses. $50 per head.

Pigs tail croquettes, Scallop ceviche with crispy pigs cheek and slow roasted pork belly just to name a few. This will definitely sell out so get in quick. Drink specials on the night too - The Bacon Bloody Mary and our Apple Margarita with Smoked Bacon Salt.Both $10 on the night

New Breakfast Menu

We've got a new breakfast menu. It starts this weekend. You should definitely come eat things. We've got a few new things, and we've improved some existing things.

Come try our griddle cakes with coffee prunes and maple ice cream, fried chicken & waffles with maple butter and the new shrooms, kale, poached egg and sobrassada on toast… And don't forget the BFLT - bacon, lettuce, smoked pork and fried green tomatoes. OOF..

Surry Hills Wine Club

This shady little club has been meeting upstairs at The Carrington in The Apartment for a couple of months now. They're always trying new and interesting wines from all over the world, with a focus on organic and biodynamic wines. Email for more information or if you're interested in joining in.
